FPD Industry Corp. / Fasten Products Mfg., Ltd. Abbreviate 「Fasten Pedal」
Fasten founded in 1994 in Taiwan, and second factory-Fasten Products Mfg, Ltd. established in 2000 in Shenzhen. We established our third new factory at Zhangpu County nearby Xiamen City in MARCH 2016 which produce Pedals/Headsets/Stems/Bottom Bracket.
Taiwan factory is around 2500 square meters and has 45 employees, manufacturing 80,000 prs Pedals and 30,000 sets Headsets per month. Zhangpu Factory is around 32,000 square meters and has 250 employees, manufacturing 8,000,000 prs Pedals, 300,000 sets Headsets, 200,000 pcs Stems and 3,000,000 sets Bottom Bracket per year.
FPD have plastic injection machine / Heat treatment machine / Pedal axle, and BB axle forged machine / CNC machine / Automatic assembling machine / Laser engraving machine / All kind of drilling machine of the Pedals, Headsets, Stems and Bottom Bracket.
